Great, sweet snack. They have multiple flavors, Honey is the original, I like the Salted Caramel. The texture is and flavor is that keeps me buying these expensive little things. But they are a treat every time I eat one. I usually stock up and go through these pretty quick. They sell them at walmart with the exercise equipment.
